Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your T'EYES account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
